Results rely on third-party market data (e.g., Yahoo Finance, Financial Modeling Prep). We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or completeness.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Features may vary by region or provider availability.

6. Intellectual Property

The app UI, code, and methodology text are owned by the operator. You may not copy or redistribute substantial portions without permission.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service during the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts in Paris have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory local consumer law protections.
